Both programs feature our intentional December Hibernation Break, meaning our school hits a total pause from December 1 to January 3 so you can fully rest and digest the work before the new year.

📅 Timeline: September 7 – November 29, 2026 (12 Weeks) This is our signature blueprint designed to help you find your authentic voice, master biomechanics, and understand nervous system regulation. We are offering two distinct formats to fit your lifestyle this autumn:
The Virtual Dynamic Track ($555): 100% online, fully flexible, and asynchronous. Ideal for busy schedules or long-distance students who want deep somatic knowledge on their own time.
The Premium Hybrid Track ($1,500 Early Bird / $2,000 Regular): The best of both worlds. Includes your full virtual curriculum plus 4 premium Sunday Intensives held live at the luxury spa (nourishing light lunch and beautiful physical workbooks included).
No prior teaching experience required—just a curious heart and a commitment to grow.

📅 Full Timeline: September 7, 2026 – June 27, 2027 (Prerequisite: Any verified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification).
