Holistically Whole Yoga is a warm and inclusive space where you’re invited to show up fully—mind, body, and spirit. More than a yoga studio, it’s a place for deep self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Whether you're navigating life transitions, strengthening personal or professional relationships, or embracing your identity—including your sexuality—you'll find the support, respect, and encouragement you need. In addition to a variety of yoga practices, we offer guided mental exercises and practical tools designed to help you manage stress, build emotional resilience, and cultivate inner clarity. At Holistically Whole Yoga, you’re not just moving through poses—you’re reconnecting with your truth, nurturing every part of yourself, and stepping confidently into a more balanced, empowered, and authentic life.

Vason

Javi

I’m Javi Vason — vibrant, multi-dimensional, and unapologetically myself. As a Black, Non-Binary, and Queer being, I carry both the weight and the wisdom of generational trauma. But I also carry joy, intuition, and a fierce resilience that refuses to be dimmed. I live my neurodivergence out loud and celebrate the parts of me that once felt out of place. What made me a “misfit” is now my magic.

Yoga has been my grounding force — not an escape, but a return. A place where I could breathe into my body, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with the deepest parts of myself. In a world that tries to smooth out our edges, I found freedom in staying whole.

As a ERYT-500 yoga instructor and certified Yoga Therapist, I’ve combined traditional practice with lived experience to create something deeply personal and intentionally inclusive. My work bridges movement with mindfulness, integrating mental wellness tools, self-inquiry, and embodied healing in a way that meets people where they are — especially those who’ve felt left out of the wellness world.

This led me to create a space that reflects what I’ve always longed for — a community-centered membership where healing isn’t a privilege, but a shared right. It’s designed to be affordable, accessible, and rooted in radical acceptance. A place for misfits, dreamers, and healers to gather, grow, and thrive — together.

This is more than self-care.
