📌 Welcome — How to Use This Space
Hello my friends!! So happy to have you in this space… truly! 🥹🫶🏽🥰 This group works best when it’s used, not watched.
You don’t need to share your story, be “healed,” or know the right words to participate here.
Here’s how to engage in a way that actually supports your nervous system 👇
1️⃣ You Don’t Have to Post to Belong
Lurking is allowed.
So is responding with a single word, emoji, or poll vote.
Small actions still tell your nervous system: “I’m safe here.”
✔️ Voting in polls
✔️ Commenting “same” or “this landed”
✔️ Reacting to a post
All count. But we would also love to hear what’s on your mind if you want to share! 🤭🥰
2️⃣ This Is a Body-First Space
You’ll see prompts that ask about:
Sensations
Energy
Breath
Rest
Regulation
That’s on purpose.
You’re never required to:
Explain yourself
Relive trauma
Perform emotional insight
If words are hard, body signals are enough.
3️⃣ Try the Practices — Even Briefly
Most pocket practices shared here take 30–90 seconds.
You don’t need a mat.
You don’t need privacy.
You don’t need to do it “right.”
If you try one:
Comment “done”
Or drop an emoji
Or say what changed (even slightly)
That’s how regulation becomes repeatable.
4️⃣ Respond, Don’t Fix
When someone shares:
No advice unless asked
No reframing their experience
No “at least” or “have you tried…”
Simple responses are best:
“I relate.”
“Thank you for naming this.”
“You’re not alone.”
Connection > correction.
5️⃣ Engagement Is the Practice
This group isn’t about consuming content.
It’s about:
Noticing patterns
Practicing regulation
Letting your system experience safe visibility
Every small interaction builds capacity. So feel free to engage, offer your views, ask questions and offer suggestions. This is a co-creation
