The 200HR round 2 begins in June but for our round 1 graduates you all know we’ve been talking about Yin Yoga. I absolutely LOVE yin for so many reasons and I’ve been deep diving back into it for the first module of the 300HR. One of my most popular series was “Yin & Juice” all yin practices paired with hip hop + r&b playlist to promote awareness through Svadhaya with introspective questions.


I would love to share with this community one of my most popular classes from 2021. This was a 2HR class. A journey through the Yamas and Niyamas. Now the class can be broken into parts and you can do the Yamas half and the Niyamas half or you can even choose to do one pose at a time and sit with the question for that pose.
