Asana Lab Overview

Join us for a 2-hour Asana Lab at the end of the week, designed for both 200HR and 300HR teacher training participants. This session will focus on dissecting the sequences learned throughout the week.

Session Structure

• Sequence Dissection: Analyze the key components of the sequences covered during the week.

• Breakout Groups: Engage in small group discussions to share insights and experiences.

• Practice Teaching: Opportunity for participants to practice teaching the sequences to one another.
