In our fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Give yourself the gift of an hour and a half to reset your nervous system. This class offers gentle, evidence-based practices designed to soothe a busy mind and relax a tense body. We'll explore slow, mindful movements, therapeutic breathing techniques (pranayama), and restorative poses supported by props. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and equipped with practical tools you can use anytime anxiety strikes. All levels are welcome—no prior yoga experience is necessary.
