We'll explore slow, mindful movements, therapeutic breathing techniques (pranayama), and restorative poses supported by props. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and equipped with practical tools you can use anytime anxiety strikes. All levels are welcome—no prior yoga experience is necessary.
