Break the Binary
300HR YTT
A somatic, relational, and clinical approach to advanced yoga leadership.
Who This Journey Is For
This advanced 300-hour training is designed for 200-hour certified yoga teachers who feel called to move beyond standard cueing and sequences, and instead step into a deeply relational, somatic, and clinical approach to leadership.
It is specifically built for:
-
The Depth-Seeker: Teachers ready to bridge the gap between somatic experiencing, Western clinical nervous system science, and traditional yoga philosophy.
-
The Inclusive Leader: Educators committed to "breaking the binary" and creating truly accessible, non-dogmatic, and trauma-informed spaces.
-
The Multi-Passionate Practitioner: Those who want the flexibility to master a variety of therapeutic modalities—from Yin and Breath Science to Strength Loading and Meditation—either as a complete 300-hour track or module-by-module.
-
The Working Professional: Space-holders, therapists, and busy educators who need a structured, supportive format that respects their personal integration time.
-

What to Expect (Our Approach to Learning)
We do not believe in the "self-study void" where you are left to navigate hours of pre-recorded lectures alone. This program is an active, living container.
-
A Shared, Cohort-Based Rhythm: Because we are turning each training module into an active Wix Program, you will never feel isolated. We all move through the weekly lessons, assignments, and somatic practices on the exact same timeline.
-
Structured Weekly Milestones: Every Monday, your weekly assignments, reading prompts, and somatic exercises unlock directly on your student dashboard. You will know exactly what to focus on, step-by-step.
-
Live Interactive Calls: We integrate study with direct connection. Our live training calls are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays for real-time practice, deep-dive lectures, clinical case discussions, and community reflection.
-
Built-In Integration Time: Advanced learning requires digestive space. We run active modules from September to December, pause completely in January for integration and self-care, and resume in February to conclude in June.
